Amanda Hoefer is an Associate in Burke Moore’s Atlanta office. Amanda’s practice includes an emphasis on the financial services sector and credit industry, representing local, regional and international banks and financial institutions, hedge funds, and private equity firms.
Prior to her tenure with Burke Moore, Amanda worked as a staff attorney for the Supreme Court of South Carolina and as a summer associate for a national labor and employment boutique firm. During her time at the University of Georgia School of Law, Amanda gained practical experience working for the Honorable Mary G. Lewis in the U.S. District Court for South Carolina, the Federal Labor Relations Authority in Washington, D.C., and in the University of Georgia Business Law Clinic. Amanda was also an executive editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, which published her student note in 2018.
