Michael Rethinger is a Partner at BMLG leading the Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, and SBA Collection departments. He began his career representing Debtors in bankruptcy proceedings for several leading firms in metro Atlanta.
In 2009, Michael founded his own practice, focusing on complex bankruptcy matters for both Debtors and Creditors. In 2023, Michael joined BMLG to establish its Bankruptcy department.
