Rebecca E. Strickland is an experienced insurance coverage and litigation attorney, representing insurers in first- and third-party coverage disputes and directly defending insureds in liability matters. She has deep experience analyzing coverage issues, investigating claims, and conducting fraud investigations related to insurance claims and coverage disputes. During the course of her career, Rebecca has litigated business disputes, breach of contract cases, and negligence claims, which range from premises liability to issues associated with pre-suit policy limit demands. She has also litigated copyright and trademark disputes and prosecuted trademarks before the USPTO and is a member of the patent bar.

Rebecca has first-chair trial experience in insurance coverage, catastrophic injury, and multi-million-dollar disputes. She applies her technical background to analyzing and resolving cases and specializes in handling procedurally complex cases or unusual cases.

Prior to joining Burke Moore, Rebecca was a partner at an Atlanta firm where she handled coverage matters on behalf of insurers and defense of insureds. She also served as in-house counsel for a technology company, where she oversaw insurance coverage, auto liability, and general liability claims and managed outside counsel across the U.S. and internationally. Rebecca prides herself on offering clear judgment, efficient case management, and consistent communication with clients.
