Brad Poston practices in the field of general liability as an Associate in Burke Moore’s Atlanta office. Brad is a graduate of Bryan College, Berry College, and the Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, Brad participated in Georgia State’s award-winning Moot Court program, the Christian Legal Society, and the Federalist Society. During his summers, he had the opportunity to serve as a law clerk with Drew, Eckl, & Farnham as well as with the Coweta County Solicitor’s Office. Brad graduated in the top 10% of his class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif among other academic honors.

Prior to joining Burke Moore, Brad worked as a history teacher at Unity Christian School for over a decade, honing the analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills that launched his legal career. Outside the practice of law, Brad enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and three daughters as well as actively serving as a member of Four Corners Church in Newnan, Georgia.
