POLICIES AND PROCEDURESBurke Moore’s policies and procedures govern its collections and recovery processes. Burke Moore's policies and procedures prohibit harassing, deceptive, and misleading behavior and require compliance with regulatory requirements.
OVERSIGHT AND CONTROLTo ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, Burke Moore has developed and implemented (and continually maintains and enhances) a comprehensive control and oversight program that promotes Burke Moore's adherence to and the effectiveness of compliance-related procedures and process as they relate to existing new or revised statutory or regulatory requirements. Burke Moore’s oversight and control department also assesses statutes, rules, and regulations to ensure appropriate and sufficient controls are in control to mitigate non-compliance.
QUALITY MONITORING AND TRAININGBurke Moore has developed quality monitoring and quality training programs that are designed to ensure compliance with debt collection regulations and Burke Moore’s policies and procedures. Additionally, Burke Moore’s quality department has developed in depth on-boarding and ongoing training materials and curriculum. Burke Moore’s quality department also analyzes data to identify and interpret trends and patterns and develops forecasts, recommendations, and strategic and tactical plans based upon quality data and market knowledge.
INFORMATION SECURITYBurke Moore conducts regular reviews and systematically tests and grades its information security. Burke Moore also holds itself to holding the highest information security certifications, including SOC-2 certification.
