Eric Mull has been practicing for 15 years in insurance defense litigation, with a focus in the areas of construction defect, professional malpractice, first party property insurance matters, premises liability, and transportation. He represents his clients in their investigation and adjustment of liability and large scale property claims and in defending his clients in coverage, bad faith litigation and arson, fraud, and property damage cases in State and Federal Courts in Georgia and the Southeastern United States. Eric’s clients include insurers, third-party administrators, and self-insureds. His practice includes handling all aspects of litigation, including conducting examinations under oath, taking and defending depositions, including those of expert witnesses, engaging in motions practice, trying cases, and appellate work.
In addition, Eric represents local, regional, and international banks and financial institutions. This work includes programs designed to maximize recovery initiatives and provide secure compliance with regulatory agencies and risk management standards. Eric is also an honoree on the Georgia Rising Stars® list, voted by his peers as one of Atlanta’s best lawyers.
