Vivian Fisher is a Partner at Burke Moore where she specializes in compliance for the financial services sector.

Prior to joining Burke Moore, Vivian’s practice focused on banking law where she represented banks and financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, loan portfolio purchases and sales, matters involving the Uniform Commercial Code, claims relating to state and federal banking and lending statutes, and all aspects of banking litigation, including lawsuits to determine and preserve real property rights, actions to enforce notes and guaranties, foreclosure and confirmation matters, and bankruptcies.
